Each practice includes yoga poses, breath work and guided meditation that stretch and strengthen your body and settle your mind and spirit. The pace is such that it allows you to explore each pose without feeling rushed into the next move, next breath, or next pose. This slow flow, traditional yoga practice focuses on flexibility, agility, balance, strength, mental calmness and postural alignment. This class is suitable for students of all ages and levels of yoga abilities.

In your home, at the studio or online, these individual or Small Group (max of 3) sessions are tailored specifically to the participants, their goals and abilities. Private lessons can be especially helpful to anyone new to yoga so that good and safe habits are established. It can also be beneficial for those interested in establishing a home practice or need scheduling flexibility. Schedule depending upon availability.
